UNT Online Registration


   Be SURE you are registering during your registration period!

Be SURE to register for ALL of the courses you want to take this semester, you will not get a second chance to do so!!!

If you have trouble with the following steps, please call the UNT
Registrar at 940-565-2378.  The registration process has recently been updated and a few of these steps may have been changed.

If you have trouble registering during your particular time slot
(check with the graduate school if you are unsure about your 'enrollment appointment' or time slot)

using your:

permission number

correct course #

section #

and class #

and don't have any HOLDS*** on your account,
and make payment online when you register,

then you will need to contact the UNT registrar for assistance. If you do have a hold on your account and the steps below do not correct your issue contact the UNT registrar IMMEDIATELY at 940-565-2378 for assistance.

***If you have a hold, click on "Student Center" and look for the blue box in the upper-right hand corner labeled "Holds". Click on "details" then click on the hyperlink under the column labeled "Hold Item" to learn how to lift the hold. If there is a hyperlink that says "Remove Hold" in the last column, click on that.***

Remember, in order to register, you will need a permission number for each class you want to take this semester .  You must submit a request for your codes from at:

                                   http://courses.unt.edu/behv/code/

 

 

 

Steps:

  1. In the browser box type: http:// my.unt.edu
  2. Type in your EUID and password
  3. Click the link:  ‘Student Center’ in the ‘Student Center’ box on the right of the page.
  4. Click on:  the term you want to register for
  5. Click on: Add Classes
  6. Type CLASS # , hit the tab key, before using the enter button

[Get this # from the class numbers list below]

  1. Type in your permission code # in the appropriate box
  2.  Click ‘Step 2 of 3’ at the right of the page
  3. Click ‘Finish’.  You should be successfully enrolled in your course and a message as well as a green ‘check mark’ will appear on the page.
  4.  Click “View my Schedule” to check if class was added correctly
  5.  You MUST pay for the course or you will be dropped and you may not be able to get in the class if you are dropped for non-payment!!!
