Creating Ripples ... Making Waves A
Storytelling Concert About Transformation: ![]() |

MARIE WOLFFE INTRODUCTORY INFORMATION I have had the privilege of being a media specialist in an elementary school in Livonia, Michigan for the past ten years. Before that, I worked as a law firm librarian in Detroit. I live in Dearborn, Michigan with my husband, Ken, and my two children, Ian (age 16) and Emily (age 11).
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND STORYTELLING INTERESTS I grew up the quiet one in a large family. My eldest brother was always the one to tell stories that made us laugh. Storytelling didn’t really come into my life until my children were born and I decided to become a media specialist. I have been the storyteller for the Livonia Public Schools' Young Authors Conference for the past two years and love the challenge of telling stories to students. I am occasionally involved with the Detroit Storytelling League and would like to become more active in this fine organization as soon as time permits. |
