THEME:
The Waves of Once Was: Historical Stories

The Waves of Once Was section of our storytelling concert offers stories about times, places, and people from long ago who had their struggles but some how learned valuable lessons along the way.

Sit back relax and listen as our wonderful storytellers lead you along a path that may unveil some insights for your own life:  World War II and how a stranger took the time to care; a wonderful adaptation of the timeless story, a once sickly child that grew up to be George Washington Carver; a man’s struggle with the decisions he has made and how they will affect history; a beautiful tale of a woman who was accused of stealing a smell.

Close your eyes and enjoy the rhythmic motions
as these waves carry you to a time that once was.

THEME:
Endless Eddies1: Timeless Tales

In the Endless Eddies: Timeless Tales section of our storytelling concert you will find myths, and tales which all revolve around a central and very key theme of life: The Consequences of our Choices. Here you will find choices made which “will affect mankind forever,” “acts of kindness which change the lives of the givers,” or the “choice of determination” which can conquer evil or affect the lives of siblings, and finally the “value in the choices” of loyalty, perseverance and contentment with the way things are.

We hope these “Timeless Tales” will make an “endless” impression on you.

1 Definition of Eddies:  A current of water running back against the main stream or flow, forming a small whirlpool.
