Authority- The site is part of the history department of Rutgers University. It was established in 1994 with a $100,000 gift from the Rutgers Class of 1942. The site is maintained by the project director, Sandra Holyoak.

Accuracy- The information is from in-depth interviews conducted by university staff of Rutgers College alumni.

Currency- This site was created in 1994 and has been currently updated, since it has a memorial to the September 11th tragedy.

Content- It has 218 oral history interviews, war pictures, military patches, military medals, unit histories.

Objectivity- It is part of a university history department

Access- It is free, stable and quickly loads

Design- It is colorful, well-designed and has lots of graphics. It is easy to read and navigate.
