Problem: The city of Ft. Worth has extra money in its budget this year. The city council has decided to give the funds to one of the cultural organizations in its city. After weeks of careful study, they have decided to give the one million dollars to either the Kimbell Art Museum or to the Ft. Worth Botanical Gardens.  You represent the committee that is making the final decision. Which organization should get the money? Why? How will the people of Ft. Worth and nearby cities be benefitted? How could the money be used?
