You should print a copy of your essay for yourself. Keep it in your binder that you bring to class.

Guidelines for your composition correction:

1. It must be typed.

2. Always double space (2.0) your essays.

3. Use 12 pt. font.

4. The preferred typeface is Times New Roman.

5. Do not use bold or "exotic" fonts! Do not underline or italicize unless it is necessary (such as for book titles).

6. The title must be centered.

7. Please left align your margins. (Do not right align or full align.)

8. Use spell check – carefully!

9. Use one space after punctuation (periods, commas, etc.)

10. Don’t forget your header info in upper right corner; single-spaced
